Sailing is For Everyone

Detailed sign at the Blairgowrie marina.
I was amazed that they even encourage those who may be wheelchair bound.

That amazes me too! I guess as long as it is calm and there is someone on board who knows what they're doing....

tipping over is a major fear. glad they reassured people that on this sign.

That's a great sign. Couldn't agree more. Sailboats are wonderful fun.

They seem almost desperate to let everyone know it is safe!

Apparently there's no reason not to go, although I don't think I'd be bringing a toddler along. Just wouldn't want to take the chance.

i've never been a huge fan of sailing. we used to have a sail boat...so much work involved...my idea of boating is just chilling in a boat with a motor! or even a canoe and just paddling down a lazy river!

I would worry about tipping over in a canoe before a sailboat. but it looks like they have most fears covered!
